Our founder, Mr. Jaffar Irsheid, brings with him over 20 years of experience in the chocolate and gourmet food industry. His deep passion for excellence, quality, and refined taste led him to establish Kastunah as a destination for premium chocolate lovers across the region.
Today, Kastunah proudly serves as the authorized distributor in the UAE for two of Belgium’s most esteemed chocolatiers:
- KIM’s Chocolates – Known for their innovation, sustainable practices, and award-winning Belgian chocolate creations.
- Caluwé Artisan Chocolatier – A name synonymous with true craftsmanship and tradition, offering handcrafted pralines and luxury chocolate experiences.

To reduce the environmental footprint of production as much as possible, we have introduced several measures to create one of the most sustainable chocolate operations in Europe. Recently, we identified our social, environmental, and climate-related impact by calculating our carbon footprint and aligning with key sustainable development goals (SDGs) that guide our responsibility as a company and within the industry.
